Yet another 0.5lb loss…. Slow 8 weeks!

Food today was the same as yesterday but with mackerel instead of prawns in my salad.

Breakfast:
2 weetabix (healthy b)
Banana
Milk (healthy a)

Snacks:
Apple
Lemon Drizzle alpen light bar (3 syns)

Lunch:
Food doctor cous cous and lentil wholesome pot
Pineapple, mango, nectarine, lychees
Muller light Greek style lemon (0.5 syns)

Snack:
Walkers pops melted cheese and crispy bacon (4 syns)

Salad!

Babyleaf salad, baked kale chips with homegrown chillis, prawns, smoked salmon and tomatoes, with two hard boiled eggs (in my new egg/rice moulds. So cute!

An apology for not posting anywhere near enough.

As some of you know we moved recently, my husband is working away (week three of three is about to start luckily) which means I am living on leftovers and salads which are really quite repetitive… And having a food doctor cosh cous pot every day for lunch. Breakfast is always weetabix and banana…

So I figured daily posts would be seriously dull.

However, I have two weeks left at my current job then things will get more interesting. Somewhere other than in the office to eat lunch will allow for more variation, hubby back home full time means real meals, and more time to post!

Today’s food was:

Breakfast:
Bacon, mushrooms in frylight and a little bbq sauce, chips done in Actifry with 7 sprays of olive oil (total of 3-3.5 syns I think

Snacks:
5 mikado Daim, 2.5 syns

Dinner, chicken breast with chilli and garlic salt, frylight roast potatoes and steamed veg. With gravy (2.5 syns)

Lots of diet coke and sugar free squash and tea.

I just realised I didn’t use either of my healthy extras, oops! I’ll just count the milk as my a choice because I think I had near enough my full allowance

Snack:
Mullerlight Greek style peach yoghurt (0.5 syns)
Lemon alpen light bar (3 syns)
